There are four communication channels available on the estate, formal, informal, community WhatsApp group, and a WhatsApp channel that is limited to key role players and only activated in times of dire need, like the July 2021 riots.

 The formal channel is maintained by the estate manager who is responsible for the day to day management of the estate.

Hilltop HUB is an informal communication channel wherein lifestyles, health topics, DIY tips, recipes, places of interest to visit, wildlife on the estate, latest legal matters that affect communal estates, etc are shared with the residents on the estate.  The newsletter is published 6 times per annum on the web site and is open to the broader public as well to enable non-residents to get a sense of living on simply the best wholly residential eco estate on the Dolphin Coast.

 The Community WhatsApp Group enables participating residents to share information which has an impact on their daily lives, share frustrations around power outages/water shortages/Wi-Fi fibre issues, service provider referrals, pics of wildlife, etc.
